Cleaning Service Details
We will serve you to your complete
satisfaction. Our guidelines are
designated to achieve this goal. We will
always be available to work out any
additional requests with you not
specifically addressed in these guidelines.
GENERAL CLEANING:
-
Dusting………................
|
-
Tops of desks, file cabinets,
copy machines, bookshelves,
tables and other furniture will
be dusted with a treated dust
cloth each service.

High dusting of ledges, picture
frames, doorframes, vents,
windowsills, etc. will be done
each service.
-
-
Vertical dusting of sides of
desks, cabinets, files,
bookshelves, etc. will be done.

Desks…………...............
|
-
Desktops will be dusted with a
treated dust cloth each service
or will be wet wiped with a
sanitizing solution. Papers
left on desks will not be
disturbed. Desk accessories
including calculators,
calendars, letter trays, etc.
will be dusted each service.

Telephones……............
|
-
Telephones will be dusted daily
and sanitized if desired.
|
-
Water Fountains..........
|
-
Water fountains will be cleaned,
sanitized and polished each
service.
|
-
Carpets………..............
|
-
Carpets will be vacuumed each
service with a commercial power
vacuum in all open areas and
traffic ways, including around
baseboards and corners.
(Does not include handpicking
staples from carpet.)

Hard Floors.................
|
-
Tile floors will be thoroughly
swept and mopped each service.
|
-
Glass Partitions............
|
-
Partition glass will be spot
cleaned as needed and completely
cleaned quarterly.
|

Trash Disposal…..........
|
-
Trash containers will be emptied
each service and trash taken to
designated area. Plastic liners
from your stock will be
installed as needed. Trash
containers will be cleaned when
needed, excessive washing
accepted.

ENTRANCE AND RECEPTION AREAS:

Special attention will be given
to this area to ensure a
favorable impression to everyone
who enters your facility.

Entrance Glass…..........
|
-
Glass in entrance doors and
receptionist’s partitions will
be cleaned each service on both
sides to remove smudges and
fingerprints.

Furniture…..................
|
-
Reception desk and tabletops
will be polished or damp wiped
each service. Magazines will be
stacked or arranged in an
orderly manner.

RESTROOMS:

Restrooms & Kitchens...
|

We realize that your restrooms
and kitchens are areas of
special concern and attention to
you and your employees. We will
keep them clean, sanitized and
fresh on a consistent basis.

Fixtures…………............
|

Toilet bowls, toilet seats,
urinals, and sinks will be
cleaned and sanitized each
service. Bright metal will be
cleaned and polished each
service. Stalls will be wiped
down as needed.

LUNCHROOM – KITCHEN – COFFEE
AREAS:

In order to help you provide a
pleasant, attractive atmosphere
for your employees, these areas
will be maintained in a clean,
sanitary condition.

Toilet paper, hand towels,
deodorants, hand soap, urinal

supplied by you, unless

CUSTOMER SERVICE

performed on traditional
holidays or those observed by
your company. Management is
available 24 hours a day to
serve your special or emergency
needs.
